Towards the end (x-posted preg.)

Did any of you get insane back pain towards the end of the pregnancy? I'm 38 weeks today and the lower back pain is just so uncomfortable and unbearable at times. The onlything that somewhat helps is to lay down and that doesn't even help much.

I'm dreading going to work tomorrow and for the rest of this week

Is this pain sudden? Or have you had it for a long time? Just curious! I had back labor with Andrew and it was sudden and REALLY painful/

I've experienced it here and there. It isn't every day. But when I do get it it seems to last all day. I was also hit by a car last september and it feels a little bit like the pain I experienced then. But I really haven't had back pain since like January or so so it's not like a lingering thing that I've had all the time. Maybe it's paired with some braxton-hicks contractions??
