towel bar
help! looking for an over the door towel bar....should we get the bar kind or just the hooks? trying to get thoughts on which drys your towels better!

Mine has hooks - I like that it can hold 5 towels but I use it for 3.

and your towels dry with the hooks? this is our main bathroom....probably about 4 towels will be hanging.

I plan to do the same in lieu of a traditional wall towel bar.
Not sure if I would like something that goes over the door. How do you hide the hinges/hooks so that the aren't visible on the outside of the door?

I hang mine over the shower door... spread out so it dries faster (I re-use my towel 3 or 4 times, sometimes more).
My DH hangs his on a hook...
Mine dries a lot quicker. Then again I shower twice per day, he showers once/day.
