Tower Records
I knew it would eventually happen, but I'm sad that they are going out of business. I used to work there ages ago, and it was such a blast.

It's sad. We used to hang out there back in HS at the listening stations. They got soooo expensive. Now everytime I went in, it was empty.

I believe this was also in Newsday stating that they were closing. It's sad but they were very expensive IMO. Supposedly they are having a liquidation sale!!

they were expensive. why spend $18 on a CD when you can download a few of the songs you like on it for $1 each?
I passed by the one on rt 110 and saw the closing sign. it's the end of an era. I used to love going to the one in Carle Place with my friends and ogle the "weirdoes" with yellow and orange mohawks and a 100 face piercings
