ovulation to...AF
counting from the day u ovulate... how many days is it until u get your AF? is it always 14 or could it be less? thanks

Everybody has different cycles..
Just like everyone O's different days.
I would get AF anywhere from day 11 to day 15

That's one of the benefits of charting - you know your exact ovulation date and know your LP as well.

Mine is 13-14 days.
Whats good to remember is you can ovulate at different times each month for many reasons....it can differ from a day to weeks, to months , but your LP should ALWAYS be the same, or within 1-2 days of the previous/next month.
If you ever notice its not, then your predicting ovulation wrong.

i was going to post this question can you ovulate after your period stops 3 days afterwards? because on my left side of my ovaries they hurt and i mean hurt everytime after my period 3 days later i get this sharp pain on my ovaries is that normal???thanks
