Charting Question
Is there a recommended time of day to check Cervical Fluid and position?
Are you supposed to check it the same time everyday?

You are supposed to check it the same time. I don't think there is a recommended time just that you know what it feels like at a certain time. I have found this is the hardest thing for me to interpret
