It may have changed since I moved away from NY a few months ago, but I think there are none on Long Island. You can order online and retturn to the store though (I'm pretty sure about that.)

I think they are opening one in Roosevelt Field (they just redid that Gap) and they have one in Staten Island. Also, in NYC there are one or two.

I bought all my pregnacy gap cloths on the website or you can go to the outlets out east Tanga..Also old navy has cute maternity cloths the one in the Big H shopping center on New york avenue in Huntington sells Maternity cloths.

The website definitely has the best selection. I also bought some at the store on Broadway & 34th in the city. They have a pretty good selection, but still the website is definitely the best.

Roosevelt Field... Just opened a huge Maternity Store. It is in the back of the
baby store. (hiding) 
There is also won really far out east. I think in Watermill.
The 3rd one I know is in Forest Hills, Queens.
