Re: Is tuna fish ok or not?
My dr. said it is not as high in mercury as other fishes and that it is ok to eat 1-2x's a week, bit I would probably only eat it once every two weeks or so.

Re: Is tuna fish ok or not?
My dr. approved one can a week of chunk light tuna and absolutely no albacore.
I also read that you should have no more than 12oz a week (2 meals) of shrimp, salmon, pollock, canned light tuna or catfish.

Re: Is tuna fish ok or not?
I ate it around twice a week when I was pregnant with my daughter. The dr. said that was fine.
BUT, when I was reading the DO NOT EAT list, I saw that its now added! I will probably still eat a little every now & then, b/c its one of the few things that I crave when I'm pregnant!
