It's a good tape if you have the same one I did. I tried Yogamomma and another prenatal yoga tape and I thought they sucked but I like the pilates one.
I'm telling you between that and walking I was in real good shape throughout the pregnancy and haven't really had a problem with my 60something lbs coming off. Now my only thing is losing this mummy tummy and tightening back up my skin.
