I'd use Allure. They were the company that was on extreme home makeover on sunday. They seemed great.

ALLure is the best of the best, also expensive, but they will do a perfect job. They are very booked up now due to the popularity..they will suggest other companies for you though if they cant do it.
My uncle ( thru marriage) is a contractor.
If you give me an idea of square footage and when you want start/completion, I can get you a quote or give you his info.
