It's a crock pot kind of day...
I looked in my crock pot cook book and I am making my own version of one of the recipes. Kind of hard because DH and I are on Nutrisystem but it's not that fattening and we will have a small portion each. I am making mixed vegetables, onions and sliced chicken breast with lo fat mushroom gravy and I topped it with all different spices. Kind of like pot pie without the crust! I put it on around 12 and it has to simmer for 6 hours.

Last night DH started making chili in the crockpot. I'm looking forward to eating it tonight.

 I used mine today, roast with mashed potatoes, gravy, fresh spinach and stuffed mushrooms, and hot biscuits....
