LOL want my aunts cheaters meatloaf???
take a pound of ground beef, one egg, and a packet of lipton "garlic and herb" soup mix... mix it all up, shape it into a loaf and bake if for an hour

Funny because my favorite meatloaf recipe is the one on the back of the box of lipton beefy onion.
about 2 lbs of ground beef...(i actually use like a 1.25 package and it comes out just as good)
1 egg
1/4 c breadcrumbs
1/4 c ketchup
1 packet of beefy onion soup mix
i make mine into "mini" meatloaves because it takes less time to cook and then everyone has their own "end" piece which is what i love the best.
