Ladies can ya help? I have a client telling me his company is NOT bankrupt, just "concursada". The only def. I can find for this work is...bankrupt. Do you know if it means something else??

He says it's like bankruptcy excet they are paying off all their creditors -- is this Chapter 11, Chapter 8, or something else??
