new on here and moving question
hi, i am new to this site and i love it so far!
my dh and i are moving to a new apartment complex this weekend and we hired movers...do you usually tip each mover individually or is a group tip acceptable? how much usually per person? (we are moving locally, not too much furniture)

We didn't hire movers, but we typicall tipped furniture guys $20 each, either given individually or to one person, whatever was convenient. I prefer to give to the individuals, or at least in the presence of all, so that everyone gets it.
for movers, you might want to tip more, I'm not sure

We moved about a month ago 5 blocks and we tipped each mover (3 men) $20 each.

I just had three moves - each time i tried to tip and individually thank each of them. I get nervous that if you give it to one, the others wont see it.
