Can someone explain this look to me??
There was this woman on the subway this morning.....she had on a cordaroy skirt, long sleeve blouse with a sweater over it, then a heavy cordaroy puffy vest with fur trim and she was wearing FLIP FLOPS!!!!!!!!!
W T F???????????
If you think its cold enough to wear cordaroy and fur....dont you think its time to put away the flip flops???

I am not going to comment, cause um I would SOO wear that! Flip flops are so comfy  so it is really a compromise - slightly cold feet, but oh so comfy!
ETA: But wearing cordoroy is taking it a bit far!

i don't know what the corduroy ensemble is about.. but you will find me on the subway in a business suit and flip flops. i put my heels on when i get to the lobby of my building

I don't think that can be explained, but I know that if my feet are cold I can't get warm no matter what so maybe they think the reverse...if their feet are cool they won't feel the effects of layering courderoy in 80 degree weather

That would be me too...I love wearing pants, long sleeves but going casual iwth the flip flps
