Temping question
Can you start any time during your cycle or does it have to be on day 1 of your cycle?
I just bought a digital BBT thermometer and want to use it tomorrow morning for the first time, but AF is due on the 8th....so I was wondering if I have to wait until then?
This would be my first time temping....
