Charting Questions
This afternoon I got my first AF (or so I think)after stopping the pill. It has been about 80 days. I was going to start charting tomorrow on my first full day of AF, but it seems like it has already ended after only a few hours.
I really wanted to start charting to see if I am ovulating after stopping the pill. But I am not sure if I really have AF or not.
My question is, can I start charting if I am not 100% sure of where I am in my cycle or would that be pointless?

since you did have some showing of AF, i'd start charting right away and just indicate if it was light/heavy/etc...
It monitors all that for you...

I would think it couldn't hurt to start charting and hopefully your temps and body signs will tell you what's going on
