i called apria on tuesday (my twins are on alimentum). they just called me back and its covered 100%! i get my first delivery tomorrow.
Yes I do love LIF!!! Finding out about apria is saving me $240/month in formula.

both kelly & james are on alimentum but they are only covering 30 bottles a month (which is half of what we use).
