My First "Sex" Dream
Last night I had the strangest dream. I dreamt I was having a c-section and they pulled out 2 pink balloons.  So, of course we were delighted that we had 2 girls. They popped the first balloon & my sister said "there's Fiona" I said wait if the other baby is a red head she will be Fiona. (I have had this fantasy of having a curly red headed girl for YEARS) When they popped the second balloon there was a 10+ pound baby boy. We were all in shock. One that it was a boy & 2 that he was twice the weight of his twin. And for some reason when I saw him I thought the name Bryce. (not a name I would ever think to name a child.) And I kept calling my husband Alex (his name is John)
I tell you pregnancy dreams beat out drunk dreams anyday!!!

I had a dream the other day that i had a boy and i had to bring him home in a pink outfit because that's all i brought with me.

I never had a dream about what sex Patrick would be. I just thought it was hysterical

I misinterpreted the title too!
I never had a dream about what sex my baby would be.

I've had 2 dreams....the first was before I was even PG this time...I was in the hospital and just had my baby, and it was a girl, thye laid her on my stomach and her name was Morgan.
The second dream I had I don't remember right now, but I had a boy.
