breastfeeding questions
found this online regarding bf, can someone explain in plain english:
Timing the feeds means beginning at the start of a feed until the start of the next feed.

exactly. if you're feeding every 3 hours then you feed at 4 am, 6am, 8am, etc. not two hours from when the baby finishes eating.
