I would try Vistaprint They are very inexpensive and have a large selection. They always have free offers.
ETA- if you click on this link , you'll be able to get some online coupons.

Welll..... I used Staples - which goes to Marktheworld.com
I don't like vista print because the print their own web site on your cards....not good for what I wanted.

I just ordered from vista print....I didn't get them free, because I did customize the colors and the font, but they came out great and I got them quickly. I think I upgraded the shipping...but I got 250 cards for like $30.

mmm I think it was them, now I am not so sure since everyone seems to like them... but it was on the back of the cards..

Yes...it's a $10 fee for them not to print it...I paid it, so the back of my cards are blank.
