Pork & Peppers - any ideas?
I defrosted some pork last night, but in the end, we had a fend for yourself night and I have about 4 red peppers that will go bad if I don't use them soon.
Any ideas?????

I'm pretty sure it's a tenderloin, so was thinking of just slicing into strips and doing a pepper steak type thing. Hmmm, fajitas might be good...
