Do I call FP or do I return it to BRU?
I've had the FP aquarium (the rectangle one) for awhile. I rarely use the bubbles setting so I didn't realize that they weren't working anymore until a couple of weeks ago when I replaced the batteries. Do I call Fisher Price or do I return it to BRU? Or am I SOL? I don't have the box or receipt anymore.

I returned the aquarium bouncer to BRU without the box and the receipt...they said no problem, get a new one. But they took the item out of the box and gave it to me that way.
I'm sure they'll take it back.

I would call FP. They are usually excellent about taking care of any issues.

I would call FP, I did this for a swing and bouncer and they replaced the parts for me.

With no box or receipt, I would contact Fisher Price.
