Town of Oyster Bay homeowners
Looking to have a tree removed that is lifting the sidewalk. Just curious if you are put on a waiting list, and how long it takes for someone to get back to you?

yes. I know with the town of north hempstead, you are put on a long waiting list.

I know you need to a permit to take down tree's and it I think between $50-$75 per tree. They do drive around and check and you can be fined or they hold up the job until you get the permit. A friend of mine just had a tree taken down.
