TOY Company RAVE
So we got Alexa Mellisa and Doug's "Band in a Box" for Christmas... Well today she was playing with the tambourine and put her hand RIGHT THROUGH IT 
I was so upset it broke so soon! I called Melissa and Doug and they were SO NICE and SO apologetic and are sending out a replacement RIGHT AWAY!!!

Same thing happened to ours a while back and I never thought to contact them !
They were awesome about replacing the mailbox though from them that broke ...Yay for good customer service

Thanks for posting. We bought the same toy for DD this year and the same thing happened to the tambourine. I should call them right now!!!

apparently this has been happening a lot... I hope they revise it or something... I mean its rated for 3 years plus and my teeny tiny 10 month old broke it

That's good to know! I actually have to call them, the dollhouse DD got from them for Christmas is missing a whole floor   So needless to say we couldn't even put it together to present to her Christmas morning. I better call them!

I just called them and spoke to the nicest lady! She is sending me a new one, too, and asked me for the batch number on the box. Maybe there was a bad batch distributed on LI.
What a great company!
