Toy suggestions for 15 month old for airplane
We are flying next week with DS who is 15 months old. Any suggestions? The last time we flew with him he was 3 months old. TIA!

any light up toys that play music (not that loud)
it's so noisy on the plane anyway pple don't hear it
we brought... a toy remote control that I kept the volume down
toy radio with the low radio
DVD player for movies
pretty much the little toys you keep in your diaper bag... keys, toy phone, etc

When we went away with DD a couple of months ago. I brought a ton of books, a mini little photo album with pics of everyone in them, she loooves looking at pictures...a bunch of musical light up toys...my bberry

I have gone to the dollar store and bought "odd" things that my DC's have never seen before..Not even necessarily toys but cheap mini flashlights, calculators , silly stuff like that....
Also, I also travel with a roll of scotch tape (stickers and sticker books are good too !) I also pack lots of different snacks..

I flew to WDW when DD was 15 months - I brought- DVD player with 2 videos, 2 hand puppets that I got for $1 at target, this great book/toy called "Sesame streets - When I grow up" with elmo (it is like a little flat suitcase - and inside is a book, 2 magnetic puppets - abby and elmo, and a ton of backgrounds and outfits- like firefighters, astronauts, teachers, vets, doctors, chefs etc. The inside of the case is magnetic and you can put all different backgrounds and then outfits onto the two dolls. Quiet and it kept her occupied for a very long time. She STILL plays with it now.) I also had 2-3 new small books, and a small pocket size travel doodle. It let her draw without any mess to clean up. It was also great to occupy her in restaurants.

The DVD player is key! I'd also buy a couple of magazines that he an rip up. Otherwise, I find they try to pull out the seatback ones and who knows what kind of germs are on those!

When we travelled at that age - DVD player, matchbox cars, books, stickers, coloring - color wonder and crayons were my son's faves.
