Toyota Sienna or Honda Odyssey??
We are between the Toyota Sienna and Honday Odyssey.

The main factor for me was that Toyota is the only manufacturer that makes a mini van with all wheel drive. This was my first winter with my Sienna and I would have never made it to work without my AWD. I love my Sienna!

we are an Odyssey family here. The 2011 is awesome. It rides so smoothly we could not believe it. We also like the sportier look, cooler in the from dashboard for drinks, garbage can in the middle row an dthatnit so much roomer than our last one...

I love both vans - If your going for new the 2011 Sienna is a lot nicer looking than the Odyssey. I would say the Sienna also due to the fact that it has AWD.

I have a Sienna and love it even though we did have some problems that were covered under the warranty. I never looked at Honda because I knew we could not afford it.

we have a sienna, wanted the AWD but decided against it because it was a huge price difference. we just bought a subaru so we now have another AWD car, this winter was not fun with the van...
i really like the sienna, BUT, unless i am doing something wrong, fitting 3 kids with boosters/car seats in the back row is a nightmare. i only have 2 kids and use the back when transporting friends, but man has it been a pain in the ***... i hear the honda is much easier to deal with in this respect, but i don't have any first hand experience.
for our needs i would still buy the sienna over the odyssey, but if i had to transport many kids on a daily basis i would do more homework with respect to the back seat...

That is funny - We are debating between the two as well! My In-laws swear by hondas so are pushing for that
I heard in the odyssey you can slide the captains chairs together so it is easier to get to a toddler in the 3rd row (not sure if that is poss with the siena!
ETA: just curious..with similar features what is the price difference!

The biggest advantage we like is how you can move the middle row. With having two car seats, I cant slide a seat forward too easily for access to the third row.
We got both cars within about a thousand difference.

I tried to look up the difference in prices but the packages for Sienna (LE) are different now. I know we got the package with alloy wheels and dual sliding doors thrown in for free.

I got a new Odyssey in the fall and I love it! NEver drove or looked at the Sienna though, I have friends who love that too!
