Toys for a toddler
What to buy Bella???
She is growing in leaps and bounds. Just in the last few weeks. --she counts to 10 --sings her ABC's --plays pretend --loves to "read" her books --speaks in short sentences. --likes to color
how to nurture this? I don't want to get her things that may be behind what she is capable, I want to challenge her.
Suggestions?

Great post kel, I'm wondering the same thing since Julia's 2nd b-day is coming up.
I want to challenge her too since she can do so much already!

Re: Toys for a toddler
A box of dress-up clothes. Puzzles that are a little challenging. Art supples. Flash cards. Magnets. Colorforms. Doll house. Musical insruments. Bicycle. Play kitchen. Doll highchair & food. Lacing cards. Blocks or legos. Mr. Potato head. Sports equiptment. Dolls that you can dress up- just snap their clothes on. View Master. Pretend food sets or pretend cleaning sets. Sorting games. Write-on Wipe-off books.
I dunno, just rattling off some of DD's toys. She is 2 1/2.

Where do you find colorforms? I can't find them anywhere.. I used to love to play with those when I was a kid
