Training someone who is replacing you
dad found out that his replacement is making more money that he is. I told him good riddance and his boss was a cheapie to begin with. They couldn't find someone at his salary so they had to up it.
I feel bad for him but at least he will get unemployement while he relocates.
This was a big blow to his ego.

Salaries are always a touchy subject. I am sure it is hurtful to find your replacement will be making more.
