This looks awesome, but DH was already saying that looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen and wonders if kids will have to wear helmets!!!

Apparently these types of places are all over the place now. They have one where I am from in Buffalo and everyone I know loves it and they have been open for a while, haven't heard any issues. I definitely think you need to sign a crazy waiver though
