transitioning a sleigh crib into toddler bed

ds is climbing out of his crib for the past couple weeks and its a nightmare. now he doesnt want to sleep in it at all and last night he woke up at 12 and would not go back to sleep. he kept screaming crying that he wanted to sleep in my bed. so after 3 1/2 hrs of him fighting, i gave in. but i am not doing this. i dont want this to become a habit. i always swore i wouldnt. i just cant do it and worry all night... so i guess i ave to convert his crib and hope he sleeps in that. but my ? is, how do i get a side rail so he doesnt fall out of his bed if its a sleigh crib? its not even across on the sides.. anyone have this?

//i think the manufacturer usually sells a conversion kit to make it into a toddler bed so you could call them directly or contact the store where you bought the crib which is beautiful by the way.
