travel affects your cycle?
sorry if this has been asked before but i don't understand how travelling/flying affects one's cycle? I have always been regular 28-29 day today is either CD30 or 31. took test last night but got a BFN (i drink alot of water and from what i've been reading here fmu is better). Yesterday my BB felt huge/tender but today they're ok... does anyone have any thoughts? thank you

I dont really know how it affects your cycle either- or what is the reasoning behind it- but it does. I flew to Vegas on business a while back, and it shortened my cycle by about 5 days. Weird, right?

stress. it all comes down to stress. any time you have stress in your life, it affects old aunt flo. just like how some people always get diarrhea when they travel, some GET their period while others can skip it. traveling creates stress [making a flight, checking out of the hotel on time, crowded beaches...] even if the trip is extremely enjoyable.
i used to skip periods when i had exams or papers due. it was guaranteed.
