Treadmills?

So I am finally succumbing to my Dr.'s suggestions and will buy a treadmill. I am thinking of looking on craigslist -- is there any reason I should buy brand new instead? Anything I should look for?

Does anyone who has one ever actually USE it?

Hey Hun, I had one and I used it hardcore, its great so you can watch tv and do ur exercise at the same time so it goes really quick..

i had a proform that i got at modells and it lasted a little over a yr b4 the belt burnt out..

i used it every single day tho so i think for a "home treadmill" it was def worthwhile.

.plus i only spent like maybe 300 bucks on it..


if ur going to buy it on craigslist id just make sure that its fairly new so u dont use it for like 5 monthes and then the belt burns out

there were a few threads about this awhile ago on LIW where pple reocmmended the best brands and where to buy them if u end up buying from a store so do a search on LIW
