Spoke to the owner(who is the one that did it) and he assured me that he would take care of it and for me to leave the name of our fence company and how much it would be to replace 10 panels on his vm. Well 3 weeks later and 12 messages from my husband to him and NOTHING. Now what? He is licensed and insured.

I had something similar happen to us. However it was a neighbors tree company doing work on their property and damaging my fence. I gave them a week. After hearing nothing I called them twice a day. After the 3rd day of calling they finally came and fixed it.

I would put it in writing. Write a letter telling them that they agreed to fix it and this is the price. I would continue to call. They might be hoping if they don't return your call that you will go away. Also keep a record of when and how often you have called and left messages just in case you need it down the road.

also if you are going to send a letter make sure it is certified return receipt requested
