Trees touching wires
Does the town trim them for free?

yes they should....my friend had wires toughing trees and they came and took care of it.

Yes - I called them already about this.
On their website they have pictures of the different ways they will trim the trees around the wires. They don't take the whole tree down, and you will be responsible for disposing of it after they trim it.

Keep in mind that if it's touching the phone or cable wires they will nt touch it. Only the top wire is the electric wire.
