Has anyone ever had this STI? I just received a phone call that I have this. I'm just looking for some answers and support. Ive been with only my husband for 10 years. So unless he cheated on me I have no idea how this is coming up now. I was with several people before him but that was over 10 years ago. If its something that happened back then, I can accept that. I'm just so confused and upset.

I've never heard of it, but when I googled I am reading lots of people in similar situations. Several sites said that it can lie dormant in the man for several years, and he is then a carrier. Also, it says that it is not impossible for someone to contract it from using the towel of an infected person or from a toilet. Another woman swears that she got it from having an IUD put in.

It sounds like too many if's to accuse him of anything. I would definitely sit down and have an honest conversation with you dh about his partners (and yours) prior to your marriage. Good luck.

thanks. I've never heard of it either. I just took some prescriptions to "cure" it. DH will have to take meds as well. Thankfully it doesn't seem too harmful. It's just not something I wanted to hear as we are TTC our 2nd child, also 2 weeks before Christmas. I have been his only partner ( unless he cheated) which I honestly don't think he did, but never say never. I just wish I knew more answers. It just seems so strange to hear at this stage of my life. But I did have several partners in my teenage years so if I got it from someone ,it would have been then... im 31 now.
