tried a new recipe- passover pizzas
passover pizzas
thanks to mrsrbk for finding this recipe.
i tried it tonight, it was ok, a little heavy and eggy, but i think kids would like it!
especially if they're craving pizza and matzah pizza doesn't do the job!
i used pizza seasoning and mozzarella cheese instead of oregano and yellow cheese. Image Attachment(s):

Same here!
I did make matzah pizza the other night to try and feed my craving.... I was better off just craving it!

Michelle, I had Matzoh Pizza from Calabria (in Livingston) the other day and it was fantastic! Something to think about for next year

i got a tip today about how to make them lighter- separate the eggs and fluff the whites like you're making a merenge (sp?)
