Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake (kosher for passover and gluten free)
I made this cake for passover this year and it got rave reviews. It is gluten free too. It was a technical cake and really involved but if you know know to use a double boiler it is not a hard cake to make. It just takes a lot of time. I waited 4 hours between each layer.
