do you use this at every diaper change even when DC doesn't hane a diaper rash?

I don't use triple paste, but I don't put anything on DS' hiney unless he is red, and I don't even wipe unless he pooped. ::Knock wood:: he has never had more than a little red, never a full blown rash.

I use it after every poopy diaper and only sometimes after wet diaper...

I use it only when we have a very bad diaper rash. I don't use anything on "regular" days and when I see a little redness coming on, I grab the Desitin

I only use it to clear a rash. Too expensive otherwise.

I use it when she has a diaper rash, and for a few days after its gone. Then I use balmex or desitin with every diaper change on a regular basis.

we do the same but with butt paste, not triple paste
