Trouble with DS in Intergrated Pre-K class

My DS just turned 5 years old last month. He goes to an intergraded pre-k program. I had his annual CPSE meeting back in March and his scores were really good and they were going to put him in a regular kindergarten class next year. Now since the meeting his behavior has gotten really bad. We have been having issues the last month. I keep telling him that this behavior is unacceptable and it won't be tolerated in kindergarten. When i told him that kindergaten is a full day he was really upset because now he only goes to school for 1/2 day. He said to me that he only wants to go for 1/2 day next year too. He gets speech therapy 2x a week and 1x a week group speech therapy. He also sees a psychologist 1x a week and a push in. She thinks that he might have ADHD. I have an appointment with a Behavioral Pediatrician in 2 weeks too see if he has it.
Today I get a call from the school district that the school he attends wants to add more services for him now. They want him to get counseling. So I have another CPSE meeting next week.
Does anyone know what that would entail ? I also having a meeting at the school next week too to discuss what has been going on.

Also my mom has noticed lately that DS has been holding in his bowel movements for days. He always had trouble going #2. But when he has not gone to the bathroom, we notice his behavior is worse. I am going to discuss this with the behavioral pediatrician when we have our appt in 2 weeks.

What is your opinion?

I would suggest first going to your regular pediatrician and rule out any physical reasons (such as the BM issue) that may add to your sons behavior.

Before increasing your sons services now, has the psychologist done a Functional Behavior Analysis and Behvior Intervention Plan?
IMO, this should be done first before increasing services, especially if this change in behavior is sudden.

ITA And I would be hesitant to "diagnose" a child with ADHD that is so young, typically this dx is not done till at least 7 years old.
