But this is the final nail in this coffin for him.
The good news is that it may just sway enough undecided people in Ohio, Florida and Pennsylvania.
Hopefully it is the nail in the coffin.

I don't find anything about this worth laughing about.
The difference between that and this, as well as between strippers which someone mentioned before, is the idea of consent. It's really kinda the sticking point. When Trump talks about grabbing women's vaginas, kissing them without warning, there is no consent there. I haven't read 50 Shades, but my understanding is in the book they enter into a consensual agreement. Same as strip clubs. The women there are consenting participants in the interactions they have.

That's not consent. Not waiting before kissing or touching a woman is NOT consent. If a woman doesn't fight her rapist because she's scared - that is NOT consent.

Ok. And, it was consensual when bill Clinton stuck a cigar up a woman'a vagina while married to Hillary Clinton and sitting in the White House. Hillary Clinton stayed married, so she certainly doesn't care about her husband disrespecting her and their daughter. Anything to get ahead. She really cares about the treatment of women. Look, id rather mike pence run for office. But, lets not pretend that the Clintons are better than trump in this regard. Bill and donald could really hang together.

BILL ISN'T RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT.
By that logic - Melania JUST released a statement supporting her husband. Since Donald is married to such a spineless woman who just wants to get ahead - shouldn't that disqualify HIM?
Meanwhile, Pence diverted funding for HIV treatment in order to finance CONVERSION THERAPY for gay teens. SO there's a real winner right there.

Wow! I don't think he can be forced out at this point though- votes have already been cast. It is amazing to see how one man brought down an entire political party. It is going to be very hard for them to bounce back from this.

This is what I really never understood. This man does NOT represent what republicans stand for. Its amazing to me that he made it this far. Especially evangelical republicans. He has no morals at all. He hijacked the Republican party and now its become a circus show.
I'm happy to see many his own party pull support for him. He is such a disgrace. This morning I told my dh I will feel really ashamed to tell my girls that Trump is our President if he were to be elected. What he said isn't something I can forget or brush under the rug. Not as a woman and certainly not as a mother to 2 young girls. Maybe I am sheltered to think that America is better than voting in a man who sees women as sex objects that he can group whenever he pleases because he is a "star". I'm going to continue to hope as a nation that we wake up and see what a Trump presidency would look like.

For those who haven't heard talk like this, I'm assuming it's because many men know how you would respond and deliberately avoid talking like his around you. That doesn't mean they don't talk like it at all.
I'm in a male-dominated field, and talk with a lot of guys when there are no women around. There was NEVER any discussion, even joked about, about sexual assault. Sure, objectification, but never forcibly assaulting a woman. That's a line most guys don't cross. At least not the guys that I would hang out with.

a. don't know what rape culture is

b. know and are ok with it.
This is not a matter of opinion. Rape culture is a not a vague, amorphous concept about behavior towards women.
If you are not sure what it is THAT'S OK. No one knows everything about everything. I sure as shit don't.
But please, people, if we ever want to work towards incremental change in the way society views women, it is NOT the time to toss our hands up and say, "eh, no big deal."
I work in a corporate setting, in a male dominated field. I hear worse then this on almost a daily basis. I know what rape culture is, I am not ok with it, but what are my choices? If I made a big deal out of every time I heard something sexist or misogynistic, I wouldn't have a job. If I refused to take clients that were pigs, I'd have no clients.
I agree that it's terrible but what can I do? Should I ruin my career to scold a bunch of men who will think I'm just a crazy *****, because (I won't say all but) a lot of men see nothing wrong with talking like that. I'm sure the wives of these men have no idea their husbands talk like this, if they did, they prob wouldn't be married anymore.
I am replying late here because I was out for the day but I don't think you are in the wrong at all!
You are not the cause of the problem. You are the victim.
I think your story just proves how insidious this type of behavior is. You don't WANT to hear it but you understandably feel powerless to say something because your livelihood would be at stake.
This is precisely why men like Trump are so dangerous. This is the very culture I wish would change.
