Trying a new approach this month
I decided this month I am going to try a new approach. I have used the ovulation tests for the past 3 months and obsess over the lines and take the tests twice a day. ( I think i am a bit OCD) lol. I think I cause myself more stress this way and it's make it harder to relax and just GET pregnant.
I am now on CD 10 so from CD 10- 24 I will just BD every other day. I have ovulated on CD 16, 19 and 18 in the past. I am hoping i can tell when i will ovulate based on my CM and then BD every day. So i think this should cover it.
I hoping If i don't test and not worrying about when i "o" and obsess over the 2 ww maybe this will help my chances.
Oh yeah....AND I AM not taking any POAS this month....just wait till AF arrives.
Just need some baby dust for this month.

Sounds like a good plan! When I was TTC w/ DD, I temped like a madwoman for months. The month that I finally gave it up (bc I was SO obsessed) I got pg w/ DD. I knew when I usually O'd, and BD'd obviously at the right time.

I hear ya!! I just started using the OPK last month and it drove me nuts. I just never got the OK signal and it was not only frustrating (when the hell was I O-ing anyway??) but I kept feeling so angry too. I decided that this month I'm just going to finish the box I have (I think there's a couple left) and then no more. Me & Dh decided also that we're just gonna relax and have fun with it. In another couple of months or so if we're not pregnant yet, then we'll need a new approach. But I'm with you - gotta relax

Exactly our plan too. I'm not doing any OPK's this month. I know what CD i'm on, but that's it. Not going to stress about it, we've been BD'ing every other day since CD 7 and if we happen to get in every day, we will, but if not, no biggie.
i'm hoping that the stress free, no constant thinking about it approach works this time for us all!
I'm even coming on here less so i'm not thinking about it as much
