Trying Again
Is anyone else petrified of trying again because it (miscarriage, ectopic, etc.) might happen again? We are trying this month, but I'm nervous! I feel like since I had one tube removed, if I have another ectopic, it will be over and we won't be having any more children (if we even can now).
I have two beautiful, healthy children and I am so blessed, but we were hoping to be blessed with more children. I was fine until we actually started trying again...now I'm worried! Anyone else feel like this?

yes i'm scared too. i feel like the miscarriage jaded me. but i really want to be a mom and is willing to take the risk. i hope this time is good for us!

I know I'm not much of an inspiration since I haven't had success yet, but I have experience trying (and getting) pregnant after a loss and it's VERY hard.. not gonna lie... You go into a pregnancy before a loss thinking that everything will be fine but once you see that losses are actually VERY real... it makes all other pregnancies a bucket of nerves. I found what helped me was telling myself that while the pregnancy COULD end .. I COULD end up grieving yet another loss... I also COULD hold that baby in my arms at the end of 9 months. Just like something bad could happen, something good could happen. It's all about perspective.

im scared and honestly my hubby is too... he kind of avoids  because he doesnt want us to go through the pain again

I went suffered a miscarriage last September and then on August 2 an ectopic pregnancy- they had to remove my right tube.
We are already blessed with a beautiful little boy who will be 3 in February.
I am beyond scared to try to have another one because i dont think i would be able to handle another loss emotionally. It was rough with the miscarriage, REALLY REALLY bad with the ectopic and I dont know if i can go through anything like that again.
I told my husband we wont "plan" it- if it happens, it happens. I keep thinking maybe God is trying to tell us that its not in our cards to have more than one.
