Trying not to count my chicken before they hatch but . . .
I have a job interview tomorrow with my current job’s biggest competitor. IF (and that’s a big one) I were to get an offer and accept it, what do I tell my current job????

Would your old job know that you will be working for the new one? If that's the case I would thank them for their time, let them know that a better opportunity was presented to you and you are moving on. You can bring up (or they might) have you sign a non-compete agreement which means that you can't bring any of your current accounts to the new place. If they wouldn't know then tell them that you have been presented with an opportunity and you have taken it.
Good luck!
