Trying to decide which Dr. to call tomorrow
After 10 unsuccessful months and my husband having surgery to repair varicocele we've decided to move on to an RE. I have gone through and read lots of posts from everyone trying to see who was the most well liked and successful Dr. I guess these are my top 3- so if you wouldn't mind letting me know who and why that would be so helpful!
Thanks ladies!

Re: Trying to decide which Dr. to call tomorrow
Well my RE isn't on that list - Dr. Flisser at RMANY in Garden City. I love him - just to add to your confusion about who to see LOL. Although I do think you can get in very quickly at that practice if the others have long waits. Good luck...

Re: Trying to decide which Dr. to call tomorrow
My dr was dr. brenner's partner, Dr Kenigsberg and I think he is great. He primarily sees pts in Port Jeff as well as Dr. Droesch. Their hours are great, they open at 6:30am. Consider him as well, if his partner is in your insurance, so is he. Good Luck!

Re: Trying to decide which Dr. to call tomorrow
I go to East Coast Fertility. Their main office is in Plainview, but they have multiple locations throughout Suffolk. The IUIs and IVFs are done in Plainview, but you can do monitoring (which takes up most of the time) in any location....there is Patchogue, Mount Sinai, West Islip in Suffolk. I mainly go to West Islip since that is where I live.
There are a few doctors....Dr. Pena is the one on my insurance.
I had also thought of trying Dr. Palter, but was having trouble finding someone who had used him.
Good luck....

Re: Trying to decide which Dr. to call tomorrow
I use Dr. Lydic- and wouldn't use anyone else!!!! He's such a great person, besides an amazing dr- unlike some of the drs who have no bedside manner. I'll be there around 730 tomorrow am!!! ETA: Dr. Lydic's senior partner is Dr. Richard Bronson- he's great also. Where in Suffolk are you?

Re: Trying to decide which Dr. to call tomorrow
Thanks so much for your help ladies I tossed and turned all night over the decision because I keep thinking that if I give it one more month things might work out but it can't hurt to get the process rolling. I think I am leaning towards LI IVF because I have seen a number of positive experiences on the boards from there. THANKS!
