Trying to take holiday pics of two boys...

NOT EASY!
My 1 and 3 yr old can't sit next to each other land be still long enough to snap a nice shot. Grrrrr!
They are ok playing then it leads into pushing and someone yelling "Mom!"
Usually my 3 yr old gettin frustrated with his young brother.
I sat them in a chair to take one pic and it was a nightmare.

Anyone else have this issue? Bribing only works for my older DS. My 16 month old doesn't get it or care. He is a monster.

Your best bet is bringing them outdoors and trying to get a shot like that. When they are comfortable they act more natural and will be willing to work better with you.

One of my favorite holiday cards was when they were 1 and 2 and it was outside in our old yard.

What if you took them to Holmdel Park?

Not a bad idea. I'll see how Sunday's weather is since we will be on LI Saturday. Out backyard is not pretty right now with the trees down.

At two and three outdoors is typically the best scenario. However, I will be honest being the person behind the camera, trying to get their attention, plus trying to make sure they aren't messy is not an easy task for anyone LoL

What about separate close up shots of each of them and a candid shot of them together either sitting and playing, or walking outside??
