ttc and planning vacation
My dh and I are ttc but were thinking about planning a european cruise late summer but now I am wondering if we should hold off just in case we are pg and I might not be able to do all we would have liked to do.
What would you do plan vacation and not worry if going to be pg or maybe a smaller vacation?
TIA

Go on the cruise and enjoy your time w/ DH - even if you are PG at that time, you won't be so far along that you'd be uncomfortable. - Once the baby arrives, that cruise is going to be put off for a while !!

Re: ttc and planning vacation
We had planned a cruise for this June. We knew we would be TTC before then. Turns out, I will be around 9 weeks pg at the time of the cruise. I am glad we planned the vacation...I think it's important to go about life while you are TTC.

Plan your vacation...I was thinking the same way and I'm glad I went forward...because I just came back from vacation and we are still trying.

Re: ttc and planning vacation
We planned a trip for our 1 year anniversary in November. I just found out I am pregnant so I will be 7 months then. I'm going to check with my doctor if I can even fly then, but I called to maybe change the dates and I can do that for a small fee.
I'd say plan the vacation because you never know.

ITA!!
We started TTC in September 2006, DH kept talking about our vacation for this year and I was on the fence about it. I finally agreed and we booked it. Here we are one week away from booked vacation, and I'm still not PG. So, I say don't stop planning things just because you are TTC.

Re: ttc and planning vacation
My husband and I booked a cruise for July back in January. I will be three months pregnant for it. I look at it as a "last" vacation before kids. I wouldn't cancel it. Enjoy your time together.

Re: ttc and planning vacation
I say go head and try to conceive 'cus you'll still be able to do alot even if you're 3 months along. Besides, even if you try now you won't necessary get pregnant right away.
Most cruiseline will allow you to cruise with them up until about 6 months. So take advantage of that and do as much as you can before you're preggers!
I am actually doing a 2 week medi cruise in 2 weeks. After I come back I'lll try to conceive.
