Tub Bumpers?
Does anyone use them? DS is growing out of the inflatable tub I have, and is really ready to play in more space. He is 13 months. I am just so afraid of him banging his head on the side of the tub (he is craztman in the tub) PLeasew recommend any other ideas you may have.
TIA!

Yeah, I was thiking I'd need to get a nice soft tub mat so he didn't slide too.

Re: Tub Bumpers?
We have a mat and had the bumpers, they were great. Took them out now bc he pulls them off, but when they were on they worked great in preventing ds from bumping his head.

Re: Tub Bumpers?
Honestly I think they are unecessary and they look like they would take up a lot of space. Just get a bath mat and they don't slip. Neither of my kids have fallen in the tub and hit their heads.

I agree. I just put one of the blow ups around the spout so she doesn't hit her head.

Re: Tub Bumpers?
I had the tub bumpers. I got them at BBB. I was happy I had them, maybe they just gave me peace of mind. I didn't have the mat for the bottom of the tub though -- I thought it would get mildewy and gross.

The mat on the bottom is what stops them from slipping and sliding. If you clean the mat, mildew isn't an issue. I don't leave mine there, it gets dried, rolled up and put away after her bath.

Thanks! I think I will try the mat first, and see how it goes before I bother with the bumper
