What section of the grocery store would I be able to find this?

Usually by the pasta or the rice/grains.
ETA: some brands are refrigerated - those are kept in the produce section, usually by the tofu/vegetarian meat substitutes

Tube of precooked polenta
Trader Joes has this and it's really good
It's in the aisle with the rice
I slice it thin and put it in the frying pan then slice tomatoes and mozzarella and basil and put it on top yum! So good
