I love Wildtree! Actually had a recipe made from it tonight. It was a creamy pasta with artichokes and tomatoes and it was soooo good! Good luck with your fundraiser! My kids love the Kidz Cheese and the alfredo mixes.

Thats great to hear you enjoy Wildtree. Its fairly new to the Long Island area, but I've been amazed at the number of sites online filled with recipes, in addition to the ones on their site. . I just got my 2 year old son the Kidz Cheese too... and I can't wait to try this recipe:
Beer Bread Dip
1 WT Quick & Easy Beer Bread Mix, baked & cooled 2 Tbsp. WT Onion & Chive Blend 8 oz. cream cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 Tbsp. WT Scampi Blend 8 oz. shredded sharp swiss cheese In a saucepan over medium heat, mix all ingredients except Beer Bread until melted. In the meantime, hollow out your loaf of Beer Bread, saving torn out bread for dipping. Pour mixture into hollowed out bread and dip away!

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients into an oven safe dish. Bake about 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
