tummy time question

did you start tummy time from birth??
we dont do it often......she doesnt like it at all

I did but only because she seemed to tolerate it well...only for 5 minutes in the beginning though.

we probably started about 3 weeks. I know they don't like it, but try to get as much as you can. It's so good for them. Towards the end of that phase, DS started to love it.

A friend of mine admits that she did not do it at all with her DD and she thinks that had an affect on her very late walking (16 months)

I never really did tummy time per se, but she naps on her tummy and I guess that's the same thing. She picks her head up when I lay her down. Naps are becoming impossible.

I started tummy time with her soon after we came home from the hospital. I would lay on the floor with her and put some interesting toys in front of her. Those helped as she got older. She will be 1 year old in a month.

I stared I think the second day home from the hospital. Now, he loves playing on his belly and just flips over when he's had enough
